SALAD WITH YOGURT SAUCE AND POTATOES FILLED WITH PEPPER SAUCE

Salad with yogurt sauce.

Ingredients:

Grilled chicken breast

DIATOSTA Crustones

Grated carrot SABORALSA

Varied lettuces

Olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

Dehydrated onion SABORALSA

Elaboration:

We wash and chop lettuce, apple and tomato. We put a pan with a little olive oil and we add the chicken breasts.

We introduce the lettuce, the tomato, the apple, the croutons, the carrot, the dehydrated onion and the chicken breasts cut into pieces in a dish.

Add the yogurt sauce over the salad.

And to accompany the salad we make stuffed potatoes.

 

Potato balls stuffed with pepper sauce

Ingredients (for 36 units)

3 medium potatoes

Caramelized onion 1921

1 egg.

Olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

Flour

3 teaspoons of sugar

Pepper sauce 1921

Elaboration:

In a microwave-safe container, put the peeled potatoes, washed and chopped with the knife. We cover them with plastic wrap and place it in the microwave for 6 minutes at maximum power.

With the help of a fork we crush the potatoes, we fill them with onion and a teaspoon of pepper sauce. We finish doing balls.

Mix the balls with flour and beaten egg, and finally we fry them in olive oil.
