BACKED RIBS WITH HONEY SAUCE AND MUSTARD
Ingredients:
Pork ribs
½ glass of olive oil, MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR
Mustard and honey sauce, 1921
Salt
Ground black pepper, SABORALSA
Preparation:
We start by preheating the oven to 180ºC and greasing a dish with a little olive oil. While we add salt to the ribs on both sides.
With the help of a kitchen brush, we painted the ribs on the side of the meat, and we placed them in the oven's source, with the side painted down. We bake the ribs for half an hour.
After that time, we remove the ribs, turn them over and paint again with the sauce. We bake them again for half an hour, painting the ribs again after 15 minutes.
After the first hour, we raise the temperature to 200ºC and we bake them until golden brown.
