PASTA WITH PATE
Ingredients
200 grams of tagliatelle ROMERO
2 butter spoons
75 grams of grated cheese
1 boletus pate, 1921
200 ml. cooking cream
Salt
Ground black pepper SABORALSA
Laminated mushroom SABORALSA
Elaboration:
The first step is to cook the pasta. We are going to cook it in salted water for a few minutes.
Meanwhile we make the pasta, we prepare the pate sauce. To do this, in a pan put over medium heat and two tablespoons of butter. When it is melted, we fry the mushroom and we add the cream, salt and a little ground pepper to. We leave it on the fire for a couple of minutes.
Next step, add the can of boletus pate (or the flavor that you like). We remove all the ingredients and leave it on the fire for two or three more minutes, until the pate is well integrated with the milk. Then, we add the grated cheese and we will give it a few laps until it melts.
When we have the boiled pasta, we will remove it from the water, we drain it well and integrate it with the sauce that we have in the pan. We let the pasta be cooked with the sauce for 2 or 3 more minutes and finally we separete it and serve it.
ADVICE: You can beat the sauce before integrating it with the pasta, but it is not necessary.
