ROASTED CHICKEN WITH PAPRIKA FROM LA VERA
Ingredients:
- Water
- white wine vinegar SABORALSA
- Chicken butts
- 3 garlic cloves
- Paprika from la Vera 1921
- Oregano SABORALSA
- Onion
Elaboration:
We place the chicken on a tray that can be put in the oven. We prepare a mixture in a mortar that will contain: 3 cloves of garlic, water and vinegar in equal proportions and sprinkle with oregano and paprika.
Once finished, we spread it over the chicken and add paprika to taste and oregano again.
We cut onion into slices and add it to the tray.
We let it marinate for an hour and then we put it in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. The time in the oven can be approximately one hour so that it is done well on both sides (you have to turn the chicken)
