PEAS WITH PRAWNS AND SCALPED EGG

Ingredients:

Peas SABORALSA

Prawns

Parsley SABORALSA

Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

Egg

Salt

Garlic

Ground black pepper SABORALSA

 

Elaboration:

We will start cooking the poached eggs, because it takes more time. We take a small bowl and we put on plastic film, we toss a little olive oil and we place on top the egg seasoned . We close the plastic film with a rope and avoid leaving air inside.

We place a pot with boiling water and we introduce the eggs for 4 minutes. When they are ready, we take them out of the pot and carefully we will remove the plastic film.

While we peel and cut the prawns, and we cut the garlic as well.

In a crockpot we put a stream of olive oil, garlic and parsley. When the garlic is ready we will add the prawns and later the peas. We will remove a few minutes.

We put it on a plate with the poached egg on top and that's it.
