SIRLOIN IN BALSAMIC VINEGAR:

Ingredients:

500gr Sirloin

2 cloves of garlic

Parsley

300ml of balsamic vinegar 1921

100ml of water

Salt

Ground black pepper SABORALSA

Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR.

 

Elaboration:

We mix the pepper and the salt with the meat, and we put it in a pan that contains a little extra virigin olive oil.

We peel the cloves of garlic and we add them in the pan used previously. When they are golden, we add the parsley and later the balsamic vinegar and water. We let it be done until a thick sauce forms.

We add the meat through the pan where we have the sauce for about a minute.
