BEANS WITH HAM AND EGG
Ingredients:
Ham ORO EXTREMEÑO
2 Eggs
1 clove garlic
1 onion
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR
Elaboration:
The first thing we will do is the poached eggs, because it is what takes more time. We take a small bowl and we put plastic film, we add a little olive oil and place on top the seasoned egg. We close the plastic film with a rope and we avoid leaving air inside.
We place a pot in a boiling water, and we introduce the eggs for 4 minutes. When they are ready, we take them out of the pot and we carefully remove the plastic film.
Then we continue to chop the onion and the clove of garlic. We put a pan with a little olive oil and we add the onion and garlic clove, when they are golden, we add the beans being well drained before.
Finally we put on the plate the beans, then a few slices of ham and the egg.
