MIX OF GULAS WITH EGGS

Ingredients:

Calitas CALAMAYOR

Peeled prawns

1 onion

Laminated mushrooms SABORALSA

6 Cloves of garlic

2 Cayenas SABORALSA

2 Eggs

Paprika de la vera 1921

Salt

Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

 

Elaboration:

 First of all we put a pan with olive oil to heat, while we cut the garlic and the onion. When the olive oil is ready, we mix the garlic and onion, add cayenne, and put more or less quantity depending on the taste.

We add the mushrooms and later the prawns. When the prawns are a little done, we put the gulas in the pan, we need them only a bit hot.

To finish we put the paprika, mixing everything.

Then in a separate pan we put a little olive oil and make two eggs.

We put everything in a plate the mixture, and we put the egg on the top.
