Ingredients:

Tuna in vegetable oil CALAMAYOR

Homemade fried tomato 1921

Mayonnaise SABORALSA

Eggs

Boneless olives ORO EXTREMEÑO

 

Elaboration:

We cook the eggs and peel them once they are cold. We cut them in half and we remove the yolk.

We must drain the tuna, mix it with the tomato, and with a part of the egg yolks that we have cooked.

Place the eggs on a tray, and fill them with the mixture obtained by covering it with mayonnaise and grating the remaining part of the yolks on top.

To give them a decorative touch, we can put olives on top.
