TOAST

TOMATO TOAST AND ANCHOVIES WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Ingredients:

Bread.

 3 ripe tomatoes.

Anchovy fillets CALAMAYOR.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR.

Rosemary leaves SABORALSA.

+ CALAMAYOR anchovies.

Elaboration:

While you slice the slices of bread in the oven (both sides), wash and dry the tomatoes. You  must cut the tomatoes into pieces, and place them in the glass of the blender.

We take the toasts from the oven and we put on top of each one the beaten tomato. We spread the anchovy fillets and spread a few leaves of rosemary.

You must add a bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the toast.

NOTE: If you are lovers of the anchovies, we recommend add more, the toast will be more tasty

TUNA BELLY TOAST WITH PIQUILLO PEPPER AND MAYONNAISE

 Ingredients: 

Tuna belly in olive oil CALAMAYOR

Piquillo pepper (normal or with garlic) SABORALSA.

Mayonnaise SABORALSA.

Bread

Elaboration:

We toast the bread, when it is ready we extend the mayonnaise over the bread.

We put the tuna belly over the bread and finally decorate with piquillo pepper strips.
