Crambled black pudding with sweet peppers
Ingredients (4 people approx.)
1 kg of onion, blood sausage
1 bottle of 270 gr of peppers roasted in syrup 1921.

This recipe is simple, with a guaranteed success.
Open the sausages "slitting the gut" and add them in a pan with a little olive oil, Molino de Montemayor, we stirring until the black pudding is made, before it is done, we add the jar of candied peppers including of course the syrup that is going to give a fantastic taste and the pine nuts (if we do not have pine nuts we can also do it with nuts). We stir well all the mixture in the pan allowing the sausage to soak well with the peppers, we put them in the plates and it is ready.
