HAKE WITH TOMATO AND MUSSELS

Ingredients:
- Garlic
- Cayenne chilli
- Hake
- Pickled mussels CALAMAYOR
- Homemade Fried Tomato 1921
- Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR
- Salt
Elaboration:
Place a little extra virgin olive oil in a pan, fry a clove of garlic and a chilli for a few minutes.
Then add the tomato, and you cook for a few minutes, then you add the hake loins and cook it for a few minutes.
Finally we add the pickled mussels with the liquid from the can, we stir and add the salt.
