WHITE TUNA AND ANCHOVIES PIZZA

Ingredients:

- Flour

- Half a liter of water

- Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

- Salt

- Yeast

- White tuna in olive oil CALAMAYOR

- Anchovies CALAMAYOR

- Homemade Fried Tomato Sauce 1921

- Mozzarella cheese

- Basil SABORALSA

- Oregano SABORALSA

 

Preparation of the dough.

We dissolve the yeast in warm water.

In a bowl we add the flour, salt, two tablespoons of oil and little by little we add the yeast.

We start kneading the dough with the objective that it does not stick to our hands, if this happens, we add more flour. When we have this, we let it rest.

Before placing the dough on any surface you have to spread flour over it, then we can place it and roll it out with a rolling pin to get the thickness of the dough that we like, more or less thin.

Elaboration:

First of all we heat the oven, when we have it we put the dough in for a few minutes without it getting brown. It is ideal that we prick the dough with a fork to prevent it from rising.

We spread the tomato sauce on the base, basil and the crumbled bonito. We place the anchovies and the mozzarella cheese in pieces. Finally we sprinkle a little oregano and bake until the pizza is ready.

 

Tip: if the salty taste of the anchovy does not appeal to you, place them on top of the pizza right out of the oven, not before.
