BOLOGNESA PANCAKE

Ingredients:

-100gr Flour

-Salt

-1 glass of milk

-4 eggs

Bolognese sauce 1921

-carrot

-ground pepper SABORALSA

 

Elaboration:

The first thing we will make is the mass of the pancakes, we beat the eggs well (you do not have to leave any lumps), and you must add a little salt and milk.

We move everything in a blender while we throw the flour, when we get a kind of cream stop and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Place a pan and you add the carrot (already peeled, washed and cut) and bolognesa sauce. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, in another pan we spread a little butter over a low heat, and we add a few spoons of pancake batter, and in four or five minutes will be ready. We place the pancake over the plate and we add our sauce, folding it as we prefer.

 

Well, you can make as many crepes as you want.
