MUSHROOMS CROQUETTES

Ingredients:

Assorted mushrooms MONTEMAYOR

½ Onion

4 spoons of flour

4 spoons of butter           

2 glasses of milk

Salt

Ground pepper SABORALSA

Garlic powder SABORALSA

Nutmeg SABORALSA

500ml of milk

Parsley SABORALSA

Egg

Bread crumbs

Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

 

  Elaboration:

The first thing is to poach the onion (very chopped) in the pan with a little butter.

You must add the chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper, garlic powder, parsley, flour and let it brown.

We add the milk little by little, while we move it until it reaches the right consistency (the bechamel has to be detached from the walls). Then we let it cool on a plate.

We make the croquettes by passing them through beaten egg and bread crumbs. We put a pan with extra virgin olive oil and fry them.

 

Advice: Before serving the product, you must drain it on a paper towel.

We can accompany them with mayonnaise or alioli
