PRAWNS WITH ARTICHOKES

Ingredients:

Heart artichoke SABORALSA 300gr

Chives (to taste)

Prawns 200gr

American sauce 1921 80ml

Cognac (2 tablespoons)

Chopped garlic 20gr

Extra virgin olive oil (2 tablespoons) MOLINO MONTEMAYOR 

Salt

 

Elaboration:

We put a pan with olive oil, we saute the garlic, the chives and later the prawns (already peeled), until golden brown. Then we flambe with the cognac.

While we cut the artichokes in half, we saute them in the pan and we add the American sauce.

We let it boil a couple of minutes and we add the salt.
