SAUTEED SALMON WITH VEGETABLES
Ingredients:
Salmon loins
½ yellow pepper
½ red pepper
1 clove garlic
Soy sauce
1 lime
Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR
Elaboration:
We put to heat a frying pan with a little extra virgin olive oil. While we cut the garlic and the peppers.
We add the peppers, garlic, beans, mushrooms and a little salt to the pan. We heat it until the vegetables are tender.
We salt the loins of the salmon and we turn it back and forth in the pan.
We mix soy sauce with olive oil, grated zest and lime juice.
We serve the salmon with the sauteed vegetables, we sprinkle the sauce on top and we sprinkle with pepper to taste.
