TOAST BREAD WITH MUSHROOM AND CARAMELIZED ONION

Ingredients:

Caramelized onion with sherry vinegar 1921

1 clove garlic

Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

Assorted mushrooms SABORALSA

Bread slices

Pedro Ximénez vinegar cream 1921.

Serrano ham GOLD EXTREMEÑO.

 

Elaboration:

We start by softening the mushrooms with a little oil and salt. When they are ready, we will add the caramelized onion.

While we toast the bread. We must take the mixture from the pan and put it over the bread a we will add few slices of ham as well.

To finish, we will add a little Pedro Ximénez vinegar cream.
