MUSHROOMS AND GOAT CHEESE PIZZA

Dough ingredients:

Half a litter of water

Flour

Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO MONTEMAYOR

Salt

Yeast

 

Ingredients:

Fried tomato, homemade sauce 1921 or crushed tomato SABORALSA

Mozzarella cheese

Caramelized onion 1921

Laminated mushrooms SABORALSA

Pitted olives ORO EXTREMEÑO

Oregano SABORALSA

Ground black pepper SABORALSA

Goat cheese

Elaboration:

 - Preparation of the dough.

We dissolve the yeast in warm water.

We add in a bowl pour the flour, salt, two tablespoons of oil and little by little we throw out the yeast.

We begin to knead the dough aiming at not getting stuck in our hands, if this happens, we add more flour. When we have this, we let it rest.

Before placing the dough on any surface you have to spread flour on it, then we can place it and spread it with a rolling pin to get the thickness of dough that we like, more or less fine.

 

- Total preparation:

First of all we heat the oven, when we have it we put the dough a few minutes without it getting to brown.

While in a pan we add a little olive oil and add the mushrooms. When they are ready, turn off the heat and season to taste.

Then we place the pizza dough and cover it with homemade fried tomato, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, add the caramelized onions, the mushrooms and add goat cheese medallions. Depending of your taste, you can add green and black olives without bone.

Finally you must add a little oregano and it will be ready to put it in the oven.
