Bonito del norte with traditional sauce:

Prepared with bonito from the north, sunflower oil, onion, garlic, wine vinegar, spices (laurel, cloves and black pepper) and salt.

It is a perfect product to take cold or tempered, alone or to accompany in salads.

The two bonito del norte are handmade.
