GAZPACHO
Ingredients:
1 kilo of tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1 onion
Garlic powder SABORALSA (depending on taste)
White wine vinegar SABORALSA 3 tablespoons
Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR 3 tablespoons
Salt
Water
1 Green pepper or medium if it is very large.
Elaboration:
First of all, we wash the tomato, green pepper, cucumber and onion. Then we cut everything very well, and finally we put it to the blender with the garlic (we use garlic powder, but you can use a clove of garlic).
When it is all crushed, you add the white wine vinegar, the olive oil and salt (the time will depend on the power of the blender).
If when we finish it has the consistency that we like, we can leave it that way, otherwise we can add a little water, but keep in mind that the flavor will be reduced.
To finish we put it in the fridge to be able to serve it cold.
