CHICKEN FILLETS WITH TOMATO

Ingredients:

Chicken breast fillets

Potatoes

Homemade fried tomato sauce 1921

Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

 

Elaboration:

To start cut the potatoes into slices (bakery potatoes). You must fry the potatoes and when it will be done, you must drain it well in a vegetables strainer.

We make the fillets in a pan with a little of extra virgin oil, round and round.

Finally we mix the fillets, the potatoes and the homemade fried tomato in a pan.
