ROLLS OF ASPARAGUS WITH HAM

Ingredients:

White or wild asparagus SABORALSA

The grated and juice of ½ lemon

1 tablespoon of olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

Ham ORO EXTREMEÑO

 

Elaboration:

 Mix the asparagus tips with the juice and grated and the lemon juice, and the olive oil. Cut the ham into slices and then into two halves lengthwise.

Wrap each asparagus tip with a piece of ham and then fry the roll in a pan or on a griddle (you don´t need more oil) for 3-4 minutes until they are roasted.

Place the product on a plate and serve it.
