SCRAMBLED OF MUSHROOMS WITH PRAWNS AND SALMON
Ingredients:
1 egg
100gr of assortment of 7 mushrooms MONTEMAYOR
50gr of smoked salmon
6 prawns or large prawns
2 cloves of garlic
Granulated garlic SABORALSA
Parsley SABORALSA
Half lemon
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR
Preparation:
Put a little of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and when it is hot, you must add the garlic cloves. As soon as they begin to get brown, you mest add the mushrooms and salt. You must cook them a bit.
While the prawns are peeled, you mesy cut the smoked salmon into strips and you must beat the egg
Add the prawns, the salmon, the granulated garlic and parsley, and stir all of them a couple of minutes.
Finally add the beaten egg, and everything must be mixed very well. It should not be too dry, so once it begins to jell, it is better to put out the fire.
Lemon juice is optional.
