Cod Balls

Ingredients (4 persons approx.)

500gr of potatoes for boiling

250gr of desalted cod

2 eggs

70ml of Krissoliva oil

Garlic

Parsley Saboralsa

Pepper Saboralsa

Canela Saboralsa

Salt

100 gr of pine nuts

 

Preparation (30 minutes approx.):

 We mount the egg whites with a pinch of salt, and a few drops of lemon.

Then we cut the peeled potatoes into slices and put them to cook.

Meanwhile we chop the garlic and fry them.

We cut the cod and add it to the sofrito. We mix everything well and we out parsley, cinnamon, pepper, pine nuts, and finally the salt.

We make balls with this mixture, and we wet these balls in the egg whites.

We put oil in the pan and when it will be hot, we will add the meatballs.
