Ingredients:

- Rice

- Red pepper

- Onion

- Chicken

- Prawns

- Chirlas

- Squid

- Parsley SABORALSA

- Garlic powder SABORALSA

- Ground black pepper SABORALSA

- Fried tomato 1921

- Colorant

- Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

 

Elaboration:

1. We put the paella pan to heat with a little oil.

2. We add the red pepper in strips. When it is ready we take it out and reserve for the moment.

3. We fry the chicken with the same oil we had, when it is fried add the finely chopped onion. We sautee it

4. Add the prawns, squid and chirlas or clams.

5. We spread parsley and black pepper and when everything is fried. We add the fried tomato

With the heads and the remains of the prawns we make a stock

6. We add the rice, we fry it, and we add the double of water per cup of rice. We sautee it.

7. We include garlic powder and coloring and salt to taste.

Cook the rice for about 20 minutes and let it rest for a few more minutes
