Recipe of roquefort toast and salmon with tomato jam

Ingredients (4 people)

 4 slices of bread mold

1 jar of tomato jam 1921

100 grams of Roquefort cheese

4 slices of smoked salmon

8 slices of zucchini

Some strips of chives

 

How to do it?

 We roast the slices of bread, and cut them into a circular shape.

On the toast, we arrange the tomato marmalade and the slice of zucchini lightly cooked on the grill or in a non-stick pan. On the zucchini we will add roquefort cheese and, finally, the smoked salmon along with the chives.

We serve it slightly tempered.
