MEAT LASAGNA

Ingredients:

Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

Onion

Salt

Oregano SABORALSA

Homemade fried tomato 1921

Lasagne sheets

bechamel

Grated cheese

Minced meat

 

Elaboration:

We put a pot with boiling water and we put the sliced.

While, we place a pan with oil and when it is hot we will add the onion. When the onion is fried, we will add the minced meat,  and we put the point of salt, and finally a little oregano.

When the meat is cooked, we will add the tomato.

We take the sliced out of the pot and we put them on a baking sheet, we spread the mixture made previously and we put slices on it, and we repeat the process adding the mixture, and to finish with another sliced.

Then we add the bechamel sauce, and we spread the grated cheese.

We put it in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
