TUNA PIE WITH TOMATO

Ingredients:

3 boiled eggs

can of tuna or bonito CALAMAYOR

Pitted olives ORO EXTREMEÑO

Homemade fried tomato 1921

2 slices of puff pastry

Oregano SABORALSA

Elaboration:

We start by placing a pot to boil and we put some eggs inside.

While we make the mixture, we cut the tuna, we cut the olives and we spread the tomato.

When the eggs are ready, we remove the peel, then we add them to the mixture and we cut them with a little oregano.

We spread a sheet of puff pastry on a baking tray, we add the filling and put on another sheet of puff pastry.

To finish, we beat an egg and we spread them over the puff pastry. We put it in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

NOTE: We have to make sure that the two sheets are together
