GRATINATED POTATOES WITH CORN, HAM AND CHEESE
Ingredients:
1 potato per person
1 can of corn 1 / 2kg SABORALSA
Grated mozzarella
Salt
Elaboration:
First of all, you must wash the potatoes and cook them for half an hour.
Meanwhile we cut the ham or shred the tuna.
You must fry the corn and the ham for 15 minutes over low heat.
When the potatoes will be ready, we cut them in half and we will remove the stuffing, and we will add salt and pepper. We make a mixture with the corn, the ham or tuna, the potatoes and the cut olives.
With the mixture that we have made, we will fill the potato, and we will place the grated mozzarella on top, and finally we will put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
