PASTA SALAD

Ingredients:

Sweet corn SABORALSA

- Farfalle PASTAS ROMERO

Cheese ORO EXTREMEÑO

Tuna in olive oil CALAMAYOR

Balsamic cream vinegar 1921

- 2 Eggs

Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO MONTEMAYOR

- Salt

- Tomato

 

Elaboration:

Place two pots with boiling water, one for eggs and one for pasta, adding some oil and salt into the pot.

When the eggs are cooked, we remove them and remove the shell.

We remove the pasta when it is ready, and we drain with cold water to place it on a plate.

We drain the tuna, we cut the eggs, cheese and tomato into pieces so that you can put it on the plate with the pasta. And we add the corn.

To add a touch of flavor, we add balsamic vinegar and a little of extra virgin olive oil.
