Ingredients:
- Gordal olives without bone 1921
- Stuffed gordal olives with gherkins, red pepper or jalapeño 1921
- Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR
Elaboration:
First of all you must make the skewers, we have to `` prick '' the ingredients carefully.
The order of the placement does not matter, we can put an olive, an anchovy, another olive, anchovy and finally the chilli peppers.
