RICE THREE DELIGHTS

Ingredients:

- Rice

- grated carrot SABORALSA

- garlic

- Prawns

-  peas SABORALSA

- Egg

- Chicken fillet

- Ground black pepper SABORALSA

- Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

- Salt

 

Elaboration:

We put a pot to boil and when it is ready we add the rice until it boils.

While in a frying pan with a little oil, we add the chopped garlic and the prawns.

When the rice is ready, we place it in the pan and we add the peas and grated carrot.

In a separate frying pan we have to make the grilled steak and the French omelette. We cut it into pieces and we add it to the rice pan.

Finally, sautee it with a little black pepper and salt.
