Ingredients:
- Green beans SABORALSA
- Onion
- Garlic clove
- Tomatoes
- Sweet paprika 1921
- Salt
- Ground pepper SABORALSA
- Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR
Elaboration:
First of all we put a pot and cook the beans with a little water and salt, for 5 minutes. We drain them.
You must peel and chop the onion. You put it in a pan with a little oil. When it begins to brown, you must add the garlic and paprika. We stir well and add the grated tomato.
Finally you must add the beans and sautee them for a few minutes.
