ARTICHOKE WITH GULAS

Ingredients:

- Artichoke Hearts SABORALSA

- laminated mushroom SABORALSA

- Gulas CALAMAYOR

- Garlic clove

- Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

- Salt

 

Elaboration:

We peel the garlic and cut it, while we put a little olive oil in a pan and we cook everything  until golden brown.

We wash the artichokes and mushrooms, and we add everything to the pan. We cook them until the mixture loses all the water it releases.

Finally we add the gulas, we add the salt, stir and serve immediately.
