SALAD WITH CARAMELIZED FIGS

Ingredients:
- Lettuce
- Whole caramelised figs 1921
- Iberian Ham
- Cream cheese
- Oregano SABORALSA
- Salmon
- Garlic and parsley croutons
Elaboration:
We wash the lettuce, drain and place in a bowl. We add the slices of ham.
Then we cut the figs in small pieces, we introduce the cream cheese and put them on top of the ham. Over the cheese cream, we place the salmon slices.
We spread the croutons, and we add a little oregano.
