FRESH CHEESE WITH SWEET PAPRIKA FROM LA VERA
Ingredients:
Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR
Eggs
Quince
Breadcrumbs ROMERO
Sweet paprika from La Vera 1921
Fresh cheese
Salt
Elaboration:
First of all, you must cut the cheese into triangles with a thickness of half a centimetre or maybe something else. We put it over the egg, and then through the bread crumbs to which we added a little of paprika from La Vera.
We take a pan with olive oil, when it is hot, we will add the cheese.
While we cut the quince jelly in tacos, it will be our base.
When the fried cheese is ready, we drain it on kitchen paper, and then we put it on top of the quince.
To finish we spread paprika from La Vera.
