HAKE WITH PIQUILLO PEPPER SAUCE

Ingredients:

Hake

Piquillo pepper sauce, 1921

Olive oil, MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

Salt

Pepper, SABORALSA

 

Elaboration:

Place a pan over low heat and add a little olive oil. While we wait for the oil to warm up, we add salt and pepper to the hake.

Finally when the hake will be golden brown, we accompany it with the piquillo pepper sauce. We can do it on the grill or in the oven.
