QUESILLO

Ingredients (6 people approx.)

- Condensed Milk 450 gr, 1921

- Milk 450 ml

- 6 egg yolks

- Liquid candy

How to prepare:

Mix the ingredients in the blender jar, except the liquid caramel.

We put the liquid caramel in the container where we are going to prepare the quesillo, and then pour the mixture obtained on top.

We put it in the oven in a water bath at 180º during 45 minutes.
