Ingredients:

- Sirloin

- Pedro Ximenez sauce 1921

 

Elaboration:

We place a frying pan with a little oil to heat, and while we cut the sirloin into medallions. We add them into the pan until they are done.

We heat the sauce in the microwave and spread it over the sirloin.
