MUSHROOMS FILLED WITH PRAWNS

Ingredients:

Whole mushrooms SABORALSA

- Iberian ham tacos

- garlic

Chopped Parsley SABORALSA

Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

- Peeled prawns

- Sherry or Manzanilla wine glass

- Salt

- Ground black pepper SABORALSA

 

Elaboration

We must clean the mushrooms, we remove the stems and cut them.

We place a pan with a little oil to add the chopped garlic. When they are ready, we will add the chopped mushroom stems and the ham tacos. We move it, and we add the prawns with the wine.

As soon as the alcohol be evaporated, we will add the parsley.

Be careful with shrimp, since they should not cook too much.

We prepare another pan with very a little oil, and we will add the mushrooms. We add the pepper and we stuff the mushrooms with the mixture elaborated previously.
