GRATINATED HAKE WITH MAYONNAISE

Ingredients:

Potatoes

Salt

Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR (2 tablespoons)

Mayonnaise SABORALSA (4 tablespoons)

Tomato

Hake

Grated parmesan cheese (2 tablespoons)

Elaboration:

You must cut the potatoes and tomato into slices. Yoo must place the potatoes on a baking sheet and then the tomato.

We spread salt and a little extra virgin olive oil. We put it in the oven for about 10 minutes.

While we combine the mayonnaise with the grated parmesan cheese.

We remove the tray from the oven and we add the hake with a little salt and we put it in the oven until it starts to brown.
