BREADED MUSHROOMS WITH ALIOLI

Ingredients:

- Whole mushrooms SABORALSA

- Breadcrumbs ROMERO

- Salt

- Parsley SABORALSA

- Eggs

- Ground pepper SABORALSA

- Extra virgin olive oil MOLINO DE MONTEMAYOR

- Aioli sauce

 

Elaboration:

We can start seasoning the mushrooms.

We put two plates, in one plate you must put bread crumbs, and in the other plate one egg, and we beat it.

We put the mushrooms over the egg, and then we put them over the bread crumbs.

We prepare a pan with olive oil, and when it is hot we will add the mushrooms.

When they are ready, we advise you to put them on an absorbent paper and later you enjoy them.

We can accompany them with some fried potatoes and with aioli sauce (it can be homemade or we buy it in the supermarket).
