LUBINA WITH VEGETABLES

Ingredients (3 people approx.):

 1 kg of seabass

1/2 onion

1 leek

1 egg

Laurel leaf, Saboralsa

Parsley leaf, Saboralsa

A little bit of Apples grated, Saboralsa

Pepper in grain, Saboralsa

90 milliliters white wine vinegar, Saboralsa

1/2 lemon

Salt

           

For the garnish:

 A jar of vegetable stew, Saboralsa

 

Preparation Mode.

First we have to clean the sea bass very well and season it. We take a casserole with 1 liter and a half liter of water and for 15 minutes, we cook the vegetables with bay leaf, parsley, a few grains of pepper, the lemon juice and the white wine vinegar.

Then add the sea bass to the pan and cook for 10 more minutes. Let it cool and drain the sea bass. We proceed to strain the broth.

We have to remove the skin to the sea bass and place it in a dish, accompanied by the garnish of vegetables.
